Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online selection of products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone or enter it via this site into Protx' payment processing system. To purchase from us you must be over 18.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
Shipping And Handling UK postage and packing is FREE.

For orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK we calculate the cost of shipping/carriage according to the number of products you order and the overall weight.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail and whilst the majority arrive within 1-2 days (international orders are generally received in less than 10 days) we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. If for some reason we are unable to process your order right away then we will e-mail or telephone you.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.
Guarantee We will supply goods that are free from defects. Should any of our products not meet the high standard you would expect from us please let us know either by emailing info@utopiavalley.com or calling 0870 609 1280.

Always inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for refund or replacement.

If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Returns Policy You have the right to a 7 day cooling-off period meaning that you can change your mind within 7 days of receiving your product and return it to us, at your own expense, unopened, unused and in good condition, for a full refund of the money paid to us. We would advise you to use a secure delivery method as we are unable to provide refunds for products that are not returned to us within 30 days in their original, unopened condition.

We will only accept damaged or faulty products, or those delivered in error, for refund of any money paid to us if you notify us within 10 days of delivery, provided that the goods are unused and complete with all relevant packaging.
