The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online selection of products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone or enter it via this site into Protx' payment processing system. To purchase from us you must be over 18.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Shipping And Handling:
UK postage and packing is FREE.
For orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK we calculate the cost of shipping/carriage according to the number of products you order

Delivery Schedule :
We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders are normally sent by First Class Royal Mail and whilst the majority arrive within 1-2 days (international orders are generally received in less than 10 days) we cannot accept responsibility for unanticipated delays by the postal services. If for some reason we are unable to process your order right away then we will e-mail or telephone you.
If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Complaints:
It is our policy to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service, please email info@utopiavalley.com or call our Customer Services Team on 0870 609 1280 and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.
We aim to acknowledge all questions or queries within 48 hours.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will attempt to contact you to offer you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.

Damaged or defective goods:
We will supply goods that are free from defects. Should any of our products not meet the high standard you would expect from us please let us know either by emailing info@utopiavalley.com or calling 0870 609 1280.

Always inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Privacy Policy:
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Other information you need to be aware of
A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. However, we will only accept products for refund if they are faulty, damaged or products delivered in error within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition. Goods returned can not be re-sold due to Health and Safety. You must inform us in writing of your product defect within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

This is important. Please read carefully:
You have the right to cancel this contract due to faulty, damaged or products delivered in error without penalty. However, we will only accept damaged, faulty or products delivered in error for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are unused and complete with all relevant packaging.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the returned goods from you.
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us within 7 days to the relevant address below and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
